LEGAL DESCRIPTION
PARCEL 1:
All that part of the E1/2 of the E1/2 of Section 19, Township 6 North,
Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. , County of Weld, State of Colorado, lying
South of the centerline of the Greeley No. 2 Canal.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM a parcel of land conveyed to J. Delling, J.M.G.
Wadling, Wm. Ramsey and Thos. Ramsey by deed recorded June 5, 1883 in
Book 42 at Page 21, being more particulary described as follows:
Two rods wide, commencing at Ditch No. 2 and running on the East line to
the South line two rods wide at the Southeast corner of the SE1/4 of said
Section 19.
