My concern with the proposed Ag. P.U.D. is that proper covenants are in place so the development will not adversely affect the value of my property. The increased density in it self may be detrimental to my property value but I value the right of a property owner to pursue the highest and best use for their property. The Weld county records show you are the Owners of the mineral rights. We are trying to make a PUD and divide this dry land into 4 lots and 1 out lot.
