Dear Mr. Jerman,
In regard to case#Z-514 scheduled for hearing on Tuesday, September 15, 1998
I submit the following comments.
My concern with the proposed Ag. P.U.D. is that proper covenants are in place
so the development will not adversely affect the value of my property. The
increased density in it self may be detrimental to my property value but I value
the right of a property owner to pursue the highest and best use for their
property.
I would like the opportunity to review the proposed plan and particularly the
covenants affecting the property.

We are the owners of an 80 acres parcel located at: E1/2SE1/4 and that part of the SEl/4NE1/4 lying
south of and above the Gilmore Canal right-of-way which extends 25 feet south of the center line of said
canal,all in Section 5,Township 4 North of range 64 West of the 6th P.M.,County of weld,State of
Colorado.
The Weld county records show you are the Owners of the mineral rights. We are trying to make a PUD and
divide this dry land into 4 lots and 1 out lot. Please advise us if you have any concerns about this matter.
