AMENDED SPECIAL REVIEW PERMIT #1191 FOR AN AGRICULTURAL SERVICE
ESTABLISHMENT IN THE A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT - ROBERT AND
TIMOTHY FELTE
A public hearing was conducted on February 17, 1999, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Dale K. Hall, Chair
Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem
Commissioner George E. Baxter
Commissioner M. J. Geile
Commissioner Glenn Vaad
Also present:
Acting Clerk to the Board, Esther Gesick
County Attorney, Bruce Barker
Planning Department representative, Julie Chester
The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated February 3, 1999, a public hearing was conducted
to consider the request of Robert and Timothy Felte for a Site Specific Development Plan and
Amended Special Review Permit #1191 for an Agricultural Service Establishment in the
A(Agricultural)Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, explained notice was sent to the Fort
Lupton Press for this hearing; however, the notice was not published. Mr. Barker stated a
corrected notice will be published and sent to the appropriate parties.
Commissioner Kirkmeyer moved to continue the request of Robert and Timothy Felte for a Site
Specific Development Plan and Amended Special Review Permit#1191 for an Agricultural Service
Establishment in the A(Agricultural)Zone District to March 8, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Baxter, and it carried unanimously.
