RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF JAMES FASSLER TO BUILDING TRADES ADVISORY
COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Building Trades Advisory Committee, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that James Fassler be appointed to said
committee as a small, independent, general contractor representative, to replace Mark Muse,
and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint James Fassler to said committee,
with his term to expire April 10, 2002.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that James Fassler be, and hereby is, appointed to the Building Trades
Advisory Committee, with his term to expire April 10, 2002.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 3rd day of November, A.D., 1999.
