To the Honorable Board:
We respectfully submit this letter of appeal of the 1996 Assessor's Notice of Determination on the
above referenced account.
We have been notified by the Weld County Assessor's office that they did not have sufficient time
to review all the documentation submitted but would process it as soon as possible. We are filing
this appeal as a protective appeal and hope to be able to resolve all issues prior to an actual hearing
date.
I will be out of the State until July 31 and would appreciated an appeal date after August 1, 1996.
