Hall, Chairman Commissioner Barbara J. Kirkmeyer, Pro-Tem Commissioner George E. Baxter Commissioner Constance L. Harbert Commissioner W. H. Webster Also present: Acting Clerk to the Board, Shelly Miller Assistant County Attorney, Lee Morrison Planning Department representative, Todd Hodges The following business was transacted: I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated December 14, 1994, and duly published December 29, 1994, in the Windsor Beacon, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of ONECOMM Corporation, c/o SASI, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a Communications Tower (143' high) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District. Lee Morrison, Assistant County Attorney, made this a matter of record. Todd Hodges, Planning Department representative, entered the favorable recommendation of the Planning Commission into the record as written and recommended the addition of one Condition of Approval requiring a subdivision exemption application be submitted, reviewed, and approved prior to recording the plat. He explained the necessity of the subdivision exemption. Larry Storms, SASI, represented the applicant and stated all Conditions of Approval and Development Standards, including the additional Condition of Approval, are acceptable. He noted the Fort Lupton Planning Commission has no concerns with the proposal and the tower will be consistent with the surrounding area. No public testimony was offered concerning this matter. Commissioner Webster moved to approve the request of ONECOMM Corporation, do SASI, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Special Review Permit for a Communications Tower (143' high) in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, based on the recommendations of the Planning staff and the Planning Commission, with the Conditions of Approval and Development Standards as entered into the record, including the additional Condition of Approval. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Baxter, and it carried unanimously. This Certification was approved on the 16th day of January, 1995.
