RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY BOARD
OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Anne White be appointed to said board to
replace Lanny Clary as District 1 representative, Judy Yamaguchi be appointed tor replace
Mary Stoll as an at -large representative, and Mary Stoll be reappointed and reassigned to
replace Nancy Fichter as District 6 representative, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint the abovenamed individuals to said
board, with their terms to expire May 23, 1999, May 23, 2000, and May 23, 2000, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Anne White be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County
Board of Public Health to replace Lanny Clary as District 1 representative, with her term to
expire May 23, 1999.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Judy Yamaguchi be, and hereby is,
appointed to the Weld County Board of Public Health to replace Mary Stoll as an at -large
representative, with her term to expire May 23, 2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that Mary Stoll be, and hereby is,
reappointed and reassigned to the Weld County Board of Public Health to replace Nancy
Fichter as District 6 representative with her term to expire May 23, 2000.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 21st day of July, A.D., 1997.
