Identify the plans to provide for medical facilities, including the location and construction of any structures, the names, addresses, and hours of availability of emergency medical technicians and nurses and provisions for emergency ambulance service: All AMA sanctioned races require emergency medical units be on site for the entire day. The contracted company for all RMXA events is: Rocky Mountain Fire and Rescue Service, 8061 Quebec St. , Commerce City, Co, 80022. If someone is injured . they call an ambulance service to transport, rather than leave the site. 11. Reserve Posse or off-dut officers. Two officers are re uired. Mana er has coordinated the officers for us. They circulate on foot and in their patrol car, and keep spectators off the track and vicinity, and in general, maintain a positive presence at the track. The AMA rules state that riders are responsible for the actions of the people who come with them, and may be disqualified if those people cause problems. In addition, there is always a referee and RMXA/AMA officials and board members at every race. 17. Identify the plans for sound control and sound amplification, if any, including number, location, and power of amplifiers and speakers: we have placed three Spe''Ir.rq at the east end of the parking lot. We have an announcer with a wireless mic and are able to make announcement with a hand-held mic from the office. The system was purchased and installed with help from Soundstage Production Engineering, 821 F 16th, Greeley. CO 18. If applicable, identify plans for meeting County health standards for food concessions and concessionaires who will be allowed to operate on the grounds, including the names and addresses of all concessionaires and their license permit numbers: Food concessions will be done by Road Runner Comida, 1824 5th St. Greeley, CO 80631. In addition, all newly planted trees and bushes are marked by stakes, fence, yellow tape, and reflective cones to keep them from being run over by cars and people. Six signs are posted in various locations on the property, stating_NO OFF_ROAD RIDING The owners TELL participants that they must NOT ride on the landscaning or they will be asked to leave. This is very important to us, to maintain the vegetation and therefore, help control any dust that might occur. 21.
