AUTHORITY OF THE COUNTY OF WELD UNTIL JULY 21, 1964:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
did on July 21, 1954, appoint Elton Miller a Commissioner of the Housing Authority
of the County of Weld and to hold office until July 1, 1959, and amended September 1 ,
1954, to hold office until July 21, 1959, and
WHEREAS, a further appointment is necessary and Mr. Miller is willing to
accept the appointment and it is the desire of this Board that be be retained on
this Housing Authority Board.
NOW, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Elton Miller, be and he is hereby re-appointed as Commissioner of the
Housing Authority of the County of Weld to hold office until July 21 , 1964.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
