duly sworn, say that I am publisher of
PLATTEVILLE HERALD
that the same is a weekly newspaper of general
circulation was printed and published in the town of
FORT LUPTON
in said county and state that the notice of
advertisement, of which the annexed is a true copy has
been published in said weekly newspaper for
ONE consecutive weeks: that the notice was
published in the regular and entire issue of every
number of said newspaper during the period and time
of publication of said notice and in the newspaper
proper and not in a supplement thereof: that the first
publication of said notice was contained in the issue
of said newspaper bearing the date of
DECEMBER 17. A.D. 1997 and the
last publication thereof, in the issue of said
newspaper, bearing date,

has been published continuously and uninterruptedly
during the period of at least fifty-two consecutive

purpose within the meaning of an act entitled. "An

BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF THE
COUNTY OF WELD, STATE OF
COLORADO:
WHEREAS„ the
Board of County
Commlasloners d the County
Of Weld, State of Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute
and the Weld county Home
Rule Charter, Is vested with
theauthonlyolatRMnIstenrq
the affairs of Weld County,
Colorado, and
WHEREAS. it is
necessary, by Colorado
statute and by the Weld
County Home Rule Charier,
to set the mill levy for Me
annual appropriation for
Weld County Colorado for
Fiscal Year 1998, and
WHEREAS, the
Board of County
Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted
the annual budget In
accordance with the Local
Government Budget Law, on
December 10, 1997, and
WHEREAS, the
amount of money necessary
to balance the budget for
County funds Is as follows:
