PUBLIC NOTICE T:" HLREBY GIV1.N, That there was f.U.e:1 in
the T}istrict Court of 'Jell County, Colorado, on the 13th (lay of
November , 1959, a Petition entitled: "Tn le the OrtY:eniza-
tion of Southwest Greeley water and Sanitation "'istrict, '.geld
County, Colorado", which Petition prays for the orgaaniyattt'n of
the above named :rater and Sanitation District. f111: Petition is
now on file at the office of the C1erlr of the 711.strict Court of
e1d County, Colorado, in Greeley, Colorado, and is available for
public inspection.
The purpose of the District is to provide a grater dis-
tribution system and a sanitary sewer collection system for the
District and its inhabitants.
The estimated cost of the proposed water improvements
is the amount of $ 30,000.00 , and for the proposed sewer i'
provements is 20,000.00.
The proposed District la located in - eld County, Colo-
rado, more particularly described as follows :
All the part of the Southwest Quarter (Sw4)
