WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 3rd

Road 61, Kersey, Colorado 80644, for a mobile home to be used during a Temporary Medical
Hardship, and
WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a

applicant's medical doctor verifying the subject is physically impaired and
requires full-time care.
2. Section 43.2.4.1.2 - There is a reasonable alternative available to the applicant
for the person in need of medical supervision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the request of Clinton and Julia Warehime for permission to place
a mobile home to be used during a Temporary Medical Hardship on the above described parcel
