RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY PLACEMENT ALTERNATIVES
COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Placement Alternatives
Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Elisabeth Wirick, lay community representative,
and LeAnn Reid, lay community/foster parent representative, be appointed to said commission, to
replace Dennis Warnemunde and Pamela Pittser, respectively, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Elisabeth Wirick and LeAnn Reid to
said commission, with terms to expire December 31, 1998, and December 31, 1997, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Elisabeth Wirick and LeAnn Reid be, and hereby are, appointed to the Weld
County Placement Alternatives Commission, with terms to expire December 31, 1998, and
December 31, 1997, respectively.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 29th day of May, A.D., 1996.
