Enclosed is an application from Jim Hergenreder/Mike Stonehocker for a Site Specific Development Plan and
a Special Review permit for an agricultural service establishment(grain and seed cleaning and processing
facility) in the A(Agricultural)zone district. The parcel of land is described as part of the NW4 of Section 33,
T3N, R68W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which this
application has been submitted is south of and adjacent to Weld County Road 28; approximately 175 feet east
of Weld County Road 5. For a more precise location, see legal.
The application is submitted to your for review and recommendation. Any comments or recommendation you
