Dear Mr. and Mrs. Bird:
I have granted an extension on the violation until July 13, 1998. It is imperative that the noncommercial

RE: Terry Bird Appeal
COLORADO
Mr Bird has timely filed an appeal of a Health Officer Order finding nuisance
conditions on a property in Windsor and ordering the abatement of the nuisance. This appeal
triggers a hearing pursuant to the General Procedures for Adjudicatory Hearings ("Procedures")
which hearing date should be set by the Board at its meeting of April 20,.. 1998. The authority for
the appeal is found at Article III § 3-8 of the Home Rule Charter and Ordinance 56.
The Procedures provide for new presentation of evidence by the Health Department

Mr. Bird needs to be mailed certified notice of the hearing at least 10 days prior or
served with a notice at least 7 days prior. Mrs. Bird is also an owner and should be given notice
