COLORADO FROM: Gloria Dunn, Current Planner 4' SUBJECT: Split of this 34.5 acre parcel--RE-2118 The Special Use permit area is situated on a part of Lot B of the Recorded Exemption. This SUP is to allow an 80 -cow dairy on 4.22 acres of this parcel. The Recorded Exemption affects the SUP by using a 30 -foot strip running north -south along the east boundary of the SUP area for an access easement for Lot A. The use of this land for an easement is not considered a substantial deviation from what was originally approved through the SUP. See attached RE plot plan for location of easement.
