SECTION'32,'TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 65 WEST, FROM GREELEY CAPITOL PACK, INC:

•BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, hereby accept Quit Claim Deed from the Greeley Capitol Pack, Inc.,
for a right-of-way for roadway purposes over and across a tract or parcel of
land No. 31-B-of Colorado Department of Highways' Project No. F 006-1(2) con-

taining 0.30 acres, more or less, in the East Half of the West Half (E -W2) of
Section 32, Township 6 North, Range 65 West, of the 6th P.MC., Weld County, Colo-
rado, said tract or parcel being more particularly described as follows: Begin-
ning at a point from which the Northwest corner of Section 32, Township 6 North,
Range 65 West„ bears North 26° -41' West, a distance of 3,139.3 feet:
1. Thence, North 7° .i33' West, a distance of 60.0 feet;
2. Thence, North 82° -27' East, a distance of 220.6 feet to the West right-of-
way of the Union Pacific Railroad;
3. Thence, along the West right-of-way of the Union Pacific Railroad, along '
the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 5,529.6 feet, a distance
of 60.1 feet, the chord of this arc bears South 4° -35' -30" East, a distance
of 60.1 feet;
4. Thence, South 82° -27' West, a distance of 217.5 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.

or parcel of land No. 31-B of Colorado Department of Highways'
Project No. F 006-1 (2) containing 0. 30 acres, more or less, in
the East Half of the West Half (EjW4) of Section Thirty-two (32),
Township Six (6)'North, Range Sixty-five (65) West, of the Sixth
Principal Meridian, in Weld County, Colorado, said tract or
parcel being more particularly described as follows: Beginning
at a point from which the Northwest corner of Section 32, Township
6 North, Range 65 West, bears North'26°-41 ' West, a distance of
3, 139. 3 feet:
1 . Thence, North 7°-33' West, a distance of 60. 0 feet;
2. Thence, North 82°-27' East, a distance of 220. 6 feet to the West

and behoof of the said party of the second part, forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The said party of the first part bath caused its corporate name
to be hereunto subscribed by its President, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed, attested
by its Secretary, the day and year first above written.
