On March 8, 1995, a letter was sent to your attention in which $73,800 was
awarded to the Weld County Housing Authority (WCHA) for rental rehabilitation.
Subsequently, in a letter that was sent on April 25, 1995, WCHA was awarded
a grant in the amount of $71,556 for owner -occupied rehabilitation and $73,800
for rental housing rehabilitation. The duplication of awards for rental rehabilitation
was an administrative error. The April 25, 1995 letter is correct and the March 8,
1995 letter should be disregarded.
