Your request to install a 15" cement tile under and across
the north and south highway between Sections 32 and 33, Township 2
North, Range 63 West is granted under the following conditions and
agreements:
That this pipe line be laid to a depth of four feet; that the
travelling public be protected during this installation with proper warning
signs and signals both day and night. That you assume full responsibility
for all damages resulting from this installation; that the back filling
will be tamped and all dirt and debris be removed from the right-of-way.
Weld County will not be responsible to any installations placed
inside the right-of-way li®its and accepting and signing this permit you
agree that you haveiead and understand the foregoing provisions and that
b y signing same, you agree to all conditions est forth and this permit
shall be binding upon your heirs or assigns.
