Dear Sir;— You will remember that it was understood that Mr. Glasrr
was to have a grade crossing at the railroad on his north line. At that
time the company allowed him to have a gate in the fence there. They have
recently closed this gate, this pAiRssitates Mr. Glaser to come about
a half mile north to get his cattle across the track to his east past)*
itre. We-think it is very important that the crossing be opened. and
raded as soon as possible. I talked with the engineer of the U. P.
and understood that- the company would open the crossing as soon as they
recieved instructions from tin( county Commissioners.. .
