As we move forward in 1997, we are continuing to look for ways to make our service an even better value and are pleased to announce that we will be adding additional programming in some of the communities we service. I have enclosed with this letter a copy of each of the letters we have sent to these communities, which outlines the channels we are adding. As you know some of the customers we service are outside the city limits and are therefore governed under the franchise agreement we have with Weld County. These channel additions are just one of the ways in which Intermountain CableComm will continue to improve services in the future. We are very cognizant of the new competition we face and are continuing our program of improving the value of our service to our customers. Because of the substantial increase in fees we pay to carry programming services, as well as increases in the overall costs of providing cable service such as labor, equipment, and regulatory expenses, the price for basic cable service will be adjusted to $24.30 plus applicable franchise fees and taxes. This represents an increase of $1.95 per month or just .07 cents per day. This increase will be effective with the June 1997 customer bills. Intermountain CableComm is proud to be the local cable TV service provider in these communities and we look forward to serving them in 1997. As always, should you have any questions or comments please feel free to reach me at the below listed telephone number.
