COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS FOR

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Chairman of the Board be and he is hereby
authorised to sign agreement with the Colorado Department of Highways,
copy of which is hereto attached.

You are hereby instructed to
Furnish material as follows: Increase
X Observe changes in plans
quantities of stripping at the pit from 5,000 cu. yds. as set up
on the plans to the final quantity of 13,415 cu. yds.
Reason: The 5,000 cu. yds . as set up on plans was a rough
estimate assuming an average of approximately 1.5 ft. of overburden
as shown by test holes. However as much as 6.0 ft. of overburden
was encountered in some of the lower spots . Also area of pit was
increased due to Work Order #17151.
Following is estimate of cost based on contract prices :
