JUSTIFICATION: Change in Scope of Work- Costs for Prestressed Concrete Test Pile Study and
Railing Design for Bridge 61/54B
You are directed to make the following changes in the work. All other terms and conditions of the
contract not expressly modified hereby shall remain in full force and effect.
Lump sum change order for adding railing rehab design, for bridge 61/54B, in the amount of
$4,500.00 and adding test piling study costs to contract in the amount of$17,150.00. (This cost
includes all fees associated with the study as shown on the attached estimate.)
The original contract sum was $ 55,560.00
Net change by previous change orders $ 0.00
The contract sum prior to this Change Order was $ 55,560.00
