District Court of Weld County, Colorado, in Greeley, Colorado, and
is available for public inspection.
The ;purpose of the District is to orovide a water dis-
.tribution system for the District and its inhabitants, consisting
of water pains and laterals and all necessary incidentals and ap-
purtenances to connect with the water cystera of the City of Gree-
ley, Colorado.
The .timated cost of the proposed irnrrovemente is the
amount of $5u,.O0.
The proposed District is located in Weld County, Colo-
rado, more particularly described as follows:
That part of Section 13, Township 5 North, Range
66 West of the 6th Principal feridian, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Section
13; thence North alone the West line of said Sec-
tion 13 a distance of 1980 feet; thence North
