TIE AULT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT. )
Notice is hereby given to all persons interested that a petition
has been filed in the District Court in and for the County of Weld and
State of Colorado for the purpose of creating a fire protection district
to be known as the "AULT FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT", under and pursuant to
the authority of Colorado Revised Statutes 89-6, and the amendments thereto,
and that the territory proposed to be included within said district is
located in Weld County, Colorado, and describd as follows :
The following described property located within and con-
stituting a part of School District No. 40, of the County of
Weld and State of Colorado: Section 25 and Ni of Section 36
of Township 8 North, Range 67, West of the 6th P.M. ; Sections
25, 26, 27, 28, 2S, 30, 32, 33, 34, 35; N1 of Section 36 and
all of the Section 31 except the SW; thereof in Township 8
North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M. ; SW4 of Section 28, Si
of Section 29, Section 30, NiSection 31, Ni of Section 32,
and NW of Section 33 of Township 8 North, Range 65, West of
the 6th P.M. ; NWi. Section 4, 105 Section 5, and Ni S ction 6,
Township 7 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P.M.
The following described property located within and con-
stituting a part of School District NO. 62 of the County of
Weld and State of Colorado:
Sections 26, 27, El and SW4 of Section 28, Ni Section
NE;Y of Section 33, Ni of Section 34, and Section 35 of Town-
ship 8 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M.
The following described property located within and con-
stituting a part of School District No. 34 of the County of
Weld and State of Colorado:
Sections 1, 2, 3, El and SP* of Section 4, Sl of Section
5, that part of the S of Section 6 Not in the Vindsor Fire
Protection District, Er of Section 7, 8, S, 10, 11, 12, 13,

And SE2- Section 24, Township 7 North, Range 66 West of
the 6th P.M.
That said petition further provides:
II. Petitioners propose that the District shall purchase suitable
apparatus and equipment for combating fire within said district; purchase
or lease real property suitable for housing said apparatus and equipment
and erect improvements thereon; to purchase and install adequate fire
alarm equipment; to provide for the management and operation of a fire
department for the district; and to procure firemen and to provide for
their instruction.
III. That the estimated cost of said improvements and the expense of
the formation of the District is estimated to be *15,000.00.
IV. That the names of five tax paying electors who shall constitute
the first Board of Directors, and the term that each is to serve on said
Board are as follows:
