Half 36, also, a strip or parcel of land 60 feet wide through, over and
across and lying along the North side of the right of way of the Burlington
and Missouri Railroad right of way, No. 93, as the said railroad right of way
crosses said section 56, Township 2 North of Range 65 — Contains in all,
7.26 acres, more or less.

To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado:
Gentlemen:
. We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County,respectfully represent that the
necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing g at

Said road to be not less than sixty (60)feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above
described, and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration
of the sum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of Weld, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give the right
of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
