Dear Julie,
As a representative of the St. Vrain Rural Impact District, I would like to take this opportunity to
express our group's concerns with the Bigelow Mining Application. Realizing this mining operation
would be located next to an existing mining operation,our group supports the applicants request with
the following conditions:
I. The operator of the mining operation should be restricted to daytime operations.
2. Prompt and adequate road repairs are done on 20 !
Once again. we appreciate your department's efforts to allow our group to provide referral letters
about these important land use applications in the St. Vrain Valley area
