Dear Chairman Hall:
KCEC,Univision,a broadcast channel in Denver,has met 'must carry' standards as outlined by the Federal
Communications Commission. TCI is obligated to meet the requirements set out by the FCC. Therefore,
on August 10, 1999,TCI Cablevision of Colorado serving customers in the Greeley and Windsor area will
be making the following changes to the lineup of cable networks:
KCEC Univision will move to channel 15 as part of the Basic Service
and
TBS will move to channel 29 as part of the Expanded Basic Service.
There will not be any rate changes at this time as a result of this change.
Customers will be notified of the changes through bill messages, on TCI Channel 8 news,in cross channel
and print advertisements and via press releases to media sources.
Every effort will be made to make this change as easy as possible. If you have any questions about this
