RESOLUTION TO SIGN AGREEMENT WITH STATE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT REGARDING PROJECT S 0072(1) C k Cart „t�__.. c,� Form PR-b-SH (Rev. 6/16/52) Project S 0072(1) (Rev, 1/5/53) County Held Date �� 27. 1 9 s.3 COOPEPATIVE AGREEETENT THIS AGREEMENT entered into this 7 day of C-c -1 1953 by and between the County of j.Teld party of the firdt part, and THE STATE HIGHWAY COMMISSION OF COLORADO, a public corporation, for the use and benefit of the DEPARTMENT OF HIGH1AYS of the STATE OF COLORADO, party of the second part, WITIESSETH that WHEREAS, The Department has constructed, or proposes to construct, or provide _ _ -_ for the construction of, a project-known as Project S 0072(1) approximately (,_mii miles long, e24=M4a4r Longmont East to Jet SH 185-254 on State Highway No. 25h in the County, and WHEREAS, the said State Highway is part of the Federal Aid Secondary System, NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the Federal Aid Act of 1950, the Parties have jointly reviewed the Geometric Standards governing the type of construction for said Project and have agreed as follows: That the 192 Annual Average Traffic Volume, as determined from actual vehicular count, by the Planning and Research Division of the Department is found to be 550 vehicles per day. Therefore, in accordance with approved and established practices, the traffic volume twenty years hence is estimated to be -908 vehicles per day. Consequently, the type of construction shall be that designated as Type a2 of the Geometric Standards dated August 1, 1952, more fully described as follows: The surface shall consist of Medium Bituminous 22 'feet wide on a roadway 30 feet wide. The maximum grade shall be 6 percent and the curvature shall not exceed 12 degrees and 0 minutes. Bridges and Separations shall have a design load of H-20 . Those structures having a length less than sixty (60) feet shall have a clear roadway width, between curbs or wheel guards, of 28 feet and those having a length of sixty (60) feet and over shall have a clear roadway width of 28 feet.' This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Successors and assigns of the Parties thereto.
