RESOLUTION RE: GRANT MOBILE HOME PERMIT #1937 - NAUGHTON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 4th day of January, 1995, considered the request of William J. Naughton, 1415 Glenmere Boulevard, Greeley, Colorado 80631, for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Valley View, Lot 15, Block 4, Section 30, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall apply for, and receive, a building permit for the mobile home prior to locating the mobile home on the property. 2. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with Condition #1 above. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the request of William J.
