Naughton, 1415 Glenmere Boulevard, Greeley, Colorado 80631, for a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling, and WHEREAS, said mobile home is to be occupied in an A (Agricultural) Zone District on a parcel of land being more particularly described as follows: Valley View, Lot 15, Block 4, Section 30, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having heard the testimony, finds that said request should be granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with Condition #1 above.
