new Denver•International Airport. is Commissioned.. The structure is currently
charted with a.660' AGL. (5915' AMSL) height. The proponent intends to
'increase the tower height to 73Q' AGL (5985' AMSL).. •
It would exceed the obstruction standards of Federal Aviation Regulation Part
77 as follows:
77.23(a)(1) by 238! - A height more than 500 feet AGL.
•
The structure would not adversely affect any instrument flight rules
procedures, minimum flight altitudes, or,minimule vector altitudes. Comments

Aeronautical Study No. 94 -ANN -gill -id'.
No Hazard to Air Navigation
• The structure is located approximately 17.5 NM northwest of the Greeley -weld
County Airport, and approximately 15 NM northeast of the Downtown Fort Collins,
Airport. The structure height will increase from 660 feet AGL to 738 feet
AGL.
The structure will exceed the obstruction standards of Federal Aviation
Regulations Part 77 as follows:
77.23(a)(1) - by 238 feet - A height more than 500 feet AGL.
The aeronautical study disclosed that the structure will not increase any
instrument flight procedures, minimum flight altitudes, or minimum vector
altitudes. Public comment with regard to potential impacts on VFR flight was
solicited in a public notice issued on March 17, 1994.. No comments were
received. •
Therefore, the FAA has determined that the increase in tower height will not
•
be a hazardon
