Dear Mr. Shultz:
At the request of the Board of Trustees of the Weld County
Library, I am asking for a one thousand, five hundred dollar
increase in the January, 1960 warrant. The increase is
necessitated because of the high cost of bookmobile operation
and the budget cut in January 1959.
It is understood that this amount is part of the regular
budget of the library, and adjustments will be made in requests
for 1960.
In addition to our regular monthly request for $4,489.41
in January, we are asking for $1,500.00.
