We would like to live on the property, farm, raise livestock, and have the cabinet shop as a home business. The cabinet business, Custom Craft Wood Products has been in business for over twenty years at its present location in south Larimer County. It has built cabinets for homes and businesses in Larimer, Weld, Routt, and Boulder counties, southern Wyoming and western Nebraka. The current shop owner, my father, would like to sell the current building and semi- retire. I have worked at the business for over twenty years and locating the building at this location would enable me to have it as a home business and be able to pursue an interest in farming. 960445 USE BY SPECIAL REVIEW QUESTIONAIRE 1. The proposed shop building will not interfere significantly with the land being farmed. 2. The shop building and future home will leave 98% of the lot in agriculture. 3.
