Subject: Request for release of a mobile home permit on property located in the NE r% of Section
13, T2N, R63W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
Dear Mr. Osborne:
Thank you for your letter dated Time 27, 1996. The Board of County Commissioners on July 1, 1996,
approved your request to allow a single family dwelling unit(trailer) on the above described property. You
must apply for and obtain approval for a building permit, from the Weld County Building Inspection
Department, prior to locating the trailer on site.
On October 30, 1995, the Board of County Commissioners approved USR-1092 on the above described
property to allow for a commercial egg production facility. While the conditions of approval have still not
been met and a plat has not been submitted to our department, the proposed trailer was included in this
approval. If you are unable to satisfy all conditions stated in the conditions of approval and not pursue IJSR-
1092, then the use by special review permit shall be invalid and the mobile home would need to be removed
or brought into compliance with proper zoning and building permits for the trailer to remain on the property.

single family dwelling (trailer) on our property in Roggen,
Colorado .
The planned site is north and east of the existing house
located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 13 , Township 2
North, Range 63 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County
of Weld, State of Colorado.
