OVER COURTS, STREETS AND ALLEYS IN FIRST ADDITION TO EDWARDS HOMES, WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO: , a subdivision of a part of the SE4'SE*' of Section 2, Twp 5 N,
R 66 W, of the 6th P.M.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept dedication of all courts, streets and alleys
for petpetual right-of-way in First Addition To Edwards Homes, Weld County, Colo-
rado, in behalf d the public, from The Flank Oil Company, Clarence M. Chamberlain,
Clifton E. Cronkhite and Beverly M. Cronkhite, Elmer Y. Edwards and Pearl Edwards;
to-wit:
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That The Flank Oil Company, Clarence M.
Chamberlain, Clifton E. Cronkhite and Beverly M. Cronkhite, Elmer Y. Edwards and
Pearl Edwards; being the sole owners in fee of a tract of land described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 2, T 5 N, R 66 W, of the 6th P.M.,
Thence, S 83° -54' W along the South line of said Section, 271.8 feet, Thence, North 30.
feet to the true point of beginning; Thence, North 294.3 feet; Thence, West 60 feet
Thence, North 60 feet; ₹hence, West 280 feet; Thence, South 390.75 feet; Thence,
N 83°-54' E.342.,1 feet to the true point of beginning, all in the SEt, SEt, of Section
2, T 5 N, R 66 W, of the 6th P.M. ,Weld County, Colorado, shown on the attached map as
embraced within the heavy exterior lines thereon, has subdivided the same into Lots
and Blocks as shown on the attached map and does hereby set aside said portion or tract
of land and designates the same as First Addition to Edwards Homes, a subdivision of
Weld County, Colorado, and does dedicate to the public the Courts, Streets and Alleys
as shown on said map, reservingunto Elmer Y. Edwards and Pearl Edwards and excepting,
however, all oil, gas and other minerals within and underlying the said lands, but all
the undersigned relinquish and quit claim forever any right to go upon the streets,
avenues and alley to explore for and recover any such minerals, and the dimensions
of the Lots and Blocks and the Names and Numbers thereof are correctly designated
upon said annexed map and that the scale thereof in one inch to one hundred feet.

Book q at Page //7 .
