RESOLUTION
RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO UNDESIRABLE PLANT
MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Undesirable Plant Management
Advisory Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Philip Schlagel be appointed to said
commission, to replace Richard Foose, and that Carolyn Frank and John Watson be reappointed
to said commission, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Philip Schlagel and to reappoint
Carolyn Frank and John Watson to said board, with their terms to expire August 19, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Philip Schlagel be, and hereby is, appointed, and that Carolyn Frank and
John Watson be, and hereby are, reappointed to the Weld County Undesirable Plant Management
Advisory Commission, with their terms to expire August 19, 1998.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 2nd day of October, A.D., 1995.
