RE: AUTHORIZE SALE OF LOT 15, BLOCK 31, NUNN, COLORADO, TO B.P.L.
INVESTMENTS, INC.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, an offer from B.P.L. Investments, Inc., P.O. Box 1248, Fort Collins, Colorado
80522, to purchase Lot 15, Block 31, Town of Nunn, Colorado, for the sum of $100.00 has been
received by the Board of County Commissioners, and
WHEREAS, the Board has previously attempted to sell said property through a bid process,
and
WHEREAS, the Board has determined that said property is not required for County use, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to accept said offer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the offer from B.P.L. Investments, Inc., P.O. Box 1248, Fort Collins, Colorado
80522, to purchase Lot 15, Block 31, Town of Nunn, Colorado, for the sum of $100.00 be, and
hereby is, accepted.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 30th day of October, A.D., 1995.

SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
THIS DEED is made this 30th day of October. 1995 , between THE COUNTY OF WELD, a body corporate
and politic of the STATE OF COLORADO, whose office is located at 915 Tenth Street, Greeley, Colorado, 80631,
Grantor, and B.P.L. INVESTMENTS, INC., a Colorado Corporation, whose address is P.O. Box 1248, Fort Collins,
Colorado, 80522, Grantee.

WITNESSETH, That the Grantor, for and in consideration of One Hundred Dollars ($100), the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does
grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm, unto the Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever, all the real property, together
with improvements, if any, situate, lying and being in the County of Weld, State of Colorado, described as follows:
' All that real property and all improvements located thereon described as Lot 15, Block 31, Town of
Nunn, Colorado, as shown on the plat thereof recorded on June 1, 1906, at -Reception Number 11101 in the Office
of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder.
TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging, or in anywise
appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and all the
estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or equity of, in and to the above
bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained and described with the appurtenances, unto
the Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever. The Grantor, for itself, its heirs and personal representatives or successors,
does covenant and agree that it shall and will WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the above -bargained premises
in the quiet and peaceable possission of the Grantee, its heirs and assigns, against all and every person or persons
claiming the whole or any part thereof, by, through or under the Grantor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this deed on the date set forth above.
