WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, an offer from B.P.L. Investments, Inc., P.O. Box 1248, Fort Collins, Colorado 80522, to purchase Lot 15, Block 31, Town of Nunn, Colorado, for the sum of $100.00 has been received by the Board of County Commissioners, and WHEREAS, the Board has previously attempted to sell said property through a bid process, and WHEREAS, the Board has determined that said property is not required for County use, and WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to accept said offer. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the offer from B.P.L. Investments, Inc., P.O. Box 1248, Fort Collins, Colorado 80522, to purchase Lot 15, Block 31, Town of Nunn, Colorado, for the sum of $100.00 be, and hereby is, accepted. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of October, A.D., 1995.
