from the County of Weld for the above mentioned Pizza Hut. We are voluntarily
surrendering these licenses because we are closing this location and reopening at 2263
Greeley Mall, Greeley, CO 80631 as of November 30, 1998. We have applied for a new
liquor license for the new location as it is within the Greeley city limits.
