RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY
PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on the Weld County Planning Commission, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Michael Miller be appointed to said board, to
replace Robert Tucker as the District 3 representative, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Stephen Mokray, District 4 representative;
Jack Epple, District 6 representative; and Arlan Marrs, at-large representative, be reappointed
to said board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Michael Miller to said board, with
his term to expire July 31, 2000, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Stephen Mokray, Jack Epple,
and Arlan Marrs to said board, with their terms to expire July 31, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Michael Miller be, and hereby is, appointed to the Weld County
Planning Commission, with his term to expire July 31, 2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioner of Weld County,
Colorado, that Stephen Mokray, Jack Epple, and Arlan Marrs be, and hereby are reappointed to
said board, with their terms to expire July 31, 2001.
