RE: APPROVE CANCELLATION OF VIOLATION HEARINGS SCHEDULED FOR
MARCH 9, 1999
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, Violation Hearings were scheduled for March 9, 1999, and
WHEREAS, Planning Services staff has informed the Board that there are no violation
cases ready to be heard at this time; therefore, the Board deems it advisable to cancel said
meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that the Violation Hearings scheduled for March 9, 1999, be, and
hereby are, canceled.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 8th day of March, A.D., 1999.
