WHEREAS, the County of WELD , Colorado, has, in accordance with the terms of Senate Bill 170, enacted by the 1953 General Assembly of the State of Colorado, determined and designated a County Road System consisting of primary and secondary highways or roads, and has prepared a map of said System, whereon the primary roads are designated by numbers; and WHEREAS, as required by Section 10, of said Act. Notice of Intent to Adopt said map as the Official Map of the County Road System, has been published once each week in the GREELEY DAILY TRIBUNE , a newspaper of general circulation, published in WELD County for successive weeks, being three (3) publications, as evidenced by Publisher's Affidavit; and WHEREAS, on the 21st day of DECEMBER,A.D., 1953, at A.M. 10:00 NA4 at COURT RCUSE,GREELEY, , Colorado, (Place or Address) all interested persons desiring to be heard were heard by the Board of County Commissioners; and WHEREAS, the Board has given full consideration to the recommendations of said persons; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of County Commis- sioners, at its meeting on this 21st day of DECEMBER, , 1953, hereby adopts, effective on and after December 31, 1953, as its County Road System, those roads or highways shown on the map denominated of "The County Road System of WELD County," dated December 21, 1954 1953, which Map shows the primary and secondary systems thereof. FOR TWO MACHINES IN THE TREASURERS OFFICE: WHEREAS Two Monroe calculating machines in the CountyTreasurer ' s office are in daily use and must be kept in first class condition , and WHEREAS , the Monroe Calculating Machine Co . , Inc . hasoffered the service of these two machines at 60 . 00 per year. NOW , THEM TORE , BE IT RESOLVED , that the chairman of the Board be and he is hereby authorized to sign Maintenance Guaranty with the Monroe Calculating Machine Co . , Inc . for service of Machine No . 132979 , Model x+10-11 -092 for $ 21 , 00 per year and Machine No . 600788 , Model CSA - 10 for $39. 00 per year in the County Treasurer ' s office . COa WHEREAS , the UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY has tendered to the COUNTY OF WELD , STATE OF COLORADO , a lease covering a portion of the Railroad Company ' s right of way at Ault , Colorado , for a highway material yard ; and WHEREAS , the Board of County Commissioners of County of Weld , Colorado has said proposed agreement before it and has given it careful review and consideration ; and WHEREAS , it is considered that the best interests of said County of Weld , Colorado will be subserved by the acceptance of said agreement : THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BCAPD CF CCUNTY COMYISSICNEFS OF WELD COUNTY, CCLC RADC That the terms of the agreement submitted by the Union Pacific Railr4.ad Company as aforesaid bes and the same are hereby , accepted in behalf of County of Weld , State of Colorado , That the Chariman of the Board of County Commissioners of said County is hereby authorized , empowered and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of said County , and that the County Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest said agreement and to attach to each duplicate original of said agreement a certified copy of this resolution.
