TO CONVEY PROPERTY:
Commissioner Warren offered the following resolution and moved its adoption
::UEREAS, held County, Colorado has acquired, by Treasurer's deed
dated 4-8-40 and recorded i^ '.< 1062 at Page 442,
in the records of the County Clerk & Recorder of Ueld County, Colorado, and is
the owner of
Lots 27, 28, and 29; Block 17, Firestone
WHEREAS, said property, excepting therefrom the oil, gas and other minerals there-
in; has been duly advertised for sale at a public auction held on March 3, 1658
at the hour of 1 :30 o'clock, P. M., in the office of the Board of County
Commissioners and:
WHEREAS, at said sale, .Arcole Jacovetta , Firestone, Colorado
bid $ 40.00 as the purchase price for said property and, being the high-
est and best bidder, said property was sold to said Arcole Jacovetta
N(1/, THEREFORE: BE IT RFSOLVED, and it is hereby ordered that Charleiu0* Bursiel,
County Treasurer of 'field County, Colorado, is hereby constituted and appointed
as Commissioner of 'field County, Colorado, to make a conveyance, by quit claim
deed, of said property, as aforesaid, to said Arcole Jacovetta
which property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 27, 28, 29; Block 17, Firestone
except reservations in favor of the Union Pacific Railroad Company and except
reservations in the United States Patent and reserving existing reservior sites
and irrigation ditches, if any, existing rights of way for public highways and
roads, and to any and all existing easements or rights of way, however evidenced
or acquired, and subject to existing leases and reserving therefrom, to grantor,
all oil, gas and other minerals therein or thereunder.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that to such conveyance, the said Chat .e4,O4--Bursiel
is authorized to affix the seal of said County and said conveyance, when exe-
cuted according to this order, shall have the effect to transfer to said
• Arcole Jacovetta all right, title and interest which
Weld County has in and to the above described property, except only and subject
to the exceptions and reservations hereinabove ment' ed or referred to.
The motion was seconded by Commissio er Sh and the
resolution adopted by the following vote:
