PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That there were filed in
the District Court of Weld County, Colorado, on the Z 'd day of
1x.39, Petitions entitled: "In Re the Oro nization
of Gilerest Sanitation District, Weld County, Colorado" , which
Petitions pray for the or anization of the above named Sanitation
District. Said 2etitions are now on file at the office of the
clerk of the District Court of : cld County, Colorado, In Cree?.el ,
Colorado, and are available for public inspection.
The purpose of the. District is to provide a complete
sanitary sewer Lathering and disposal system for the District and
the inhabitants thereof, consistin of sewer mains and laterals ,
an oxidation pond and all necessary incidentals and appurtenances .
The estimated cost of the proposed improvements is the
amount of $64 ,000.
The. proposed District is located in Weld County, Colo-
rado, more particularly described as follows:
Al]_ of the Town of Gilcrest and the following
additional tract:
Beginning at a point on the east line of Sec-
tion 26 , T4N, R6614 , which point is the south-
east corner of the Town of Gilcrest, and pro-
ceeding thence S 40, 06' F. 210 feet; thence
S 400 54' 4000 feet; thence N 49° 06' W 210
feet; thence N 40° 541 ; 4000 feet to the point
of beginning;.
