RE: Channel lineup change
Dear Chairman of the Board Baxter,
TCI Cablevision of Colorado is pleased to announce exciting changes to our
channel lineup that will take effect June 2nd, 1998. Listed below are these
changes:

These moves are a part of our commitment to deliver better programming and
value to our customers. Future changes for the Greeley area will be the addition
of a new channel, Great American Country, to be added on channel 58 this
summer.
Fortunately we are able to make these changes without deleting other existing
programming. Also, it is important to note there will not be a change in rates at
this time.
We will notify our customers on their May/June statement of these lineup
changes to take effect in June and do not anticipate any problems. If you,
members of the council or staff have questions or concerns or receive citizen
