Dear Chairman Hall And Commissioners:
In our continuing effort to improve communications and keep community leaders informed,this notice
contains information on adjustments to TCI Cablevision of Colorado service, equipment and installation
rates effective March 1, 1999. Attached is a copy of the revised rate structure for your review. Most of the
service rate adjustment is due to inflation and the costs we pay to programmers to provide customers with
many of their favorite cable networks.
We will be providing our customers two forms of notification. First, legal notice of changes will be
provided in the legal section of the Greeley Tribune and appropriate local publications on or about
February 1, 1999. Second,TCI customers will receive a packet of information that includes the new rates
as well as lineup and system contact information in their February bills.

arrangements with multiple dwelling owners,or similar arrangements,some of the product,pricing and other
information contained herein may not apply. Please refer to the terms and conditions documents reflecting such
separate arrangements. Where such are inconsistent with the information in this pricing structure,the terms and
conditions of such separate arrangements will apply.
Currently and to the extent required by law,after notice to you of a retiering of our services or rate increase,you may
change your level of service at no additional charge for a period of 30 days. Otherwise,changes in the services you
receive which are requested or caused by you will be subject to the upgrade and downgrade charges listed above.
Customers have the right to file a complaint with the local franchise authority concerning the expanded basic tier rates
within 90 days of the effective date of the rate change. The local franchise authority address and phone number is
located on your monthly bill.
