(Agricultural) zone district. The parcel of land is described as a portion of the NW4 of Section 11,
Ti N, R66W of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado. The location of the parcel of land for which
this application has been submitted is approximately 1/2 mile north of Weld County Road 10 and
east of and adjacent to Weld County Road 33 right-of-way.
The application is submitted to you for review and recommendation. Any comments or
