Dear Sirs or Madams:
We are applying for a permit for a new building at the location of Crop Air Inc. which has an
approved USR (#-81411or this site. The Management of Crop Air desire to replace the two small
sheds that are shown on the original USR site plan near the gas pumps with a single structure that
is more updated and suitable for the purpose of storing agricultural chemicals. The existing small
buildings that they are using do not have spill containment built into the floors and the new
structure would have this built into the floor. The small wood buildings have also become old and
unsightly and the management would like to generally upgrade the appearance with one larger
structure that matches the existing hangar structures more closely.
