Subject: Building Inspection - Nursing Home.
This is to advise you that Mr. Coffey has filed the
application for licensing of the Nursing Home and has
forwarded the application to the Fire Department.
This letter is also to confirm our conversation as of
today concerning the matter and should there be any
questions concerning making the recommended improvements,
we would appreciate knowing about it as early as possible.
I am sorry for this delay but I hope that this action will
clear up the matter.
