RE: CONFIRMATION OF APPROVAL OF MOBILE HOME PERMIT #1937 - NAUGHTON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, on the 4th day
of January, 1995, granted the request of William J. Naughton, for ZPMH #1937 for a mobile home
to be used as a principal dwelling, and
WHEREAS, Planning staff advised the Board that surrounding property owners were not
property notified of said request, and
WHEREAS, on the 18th day of January, 1995, the Board, having heard all of the testimony
and statements of those present, deemed it advisable to confirm the approval of said mobile home
permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Resolution #950013, dated January 4, 1995, approving of the request of
William J. Naughton for permission to place a mobile home to be used as a principal dwelling on
the above described parcel of land, which was found to be in compliance with Section 43 of the
Weld County Zoning Ordinance, be, and hereby is, confirmed, subject to the conditions as listed
in said Resolution.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by
the following vote on the 18th day of January, A.D., 1995.

Location: East of and adjacent to Larson Avenue and 1/4 mile south of 37th Street
The Department of Planning Services staff has reviewed this request and recommends that the
request be approval for the following reasons:

Plan.
X Be compatible with the surrounding area.
X Be in harmony with the character of the
neighborhood.
X Adversely affect the immediate area.

COMMENTS: The applicant was unable to obtain 70% of surrounding land owner signatures.
Water and sewage disposal will be provided by the City of Evans.
The Department of Planning Services' staff recommendation for approval is conditional upon the
following:
1. The applicant apply for and receive a building permit for the mobile home prior to locating
the mobile home on the property.
2. The mobile home shall not be occupied until such time that the applicant has complied with
Condition 1 above.
