RE: APPROVE RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AGAINST COAL RIDGE DITCH COMPANY AND
AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN - BRIDGE 22/21A
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado,
pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested
with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a Release of All Claims against
Coal Ridge Ditch Company for Bridge 22/21A from Frontier Adjusters, with the
terms and conditions being as stated in said release, and
WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said
release, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the Release of All Claims against Coal Ridge Ditch Company
for Bridge 22/21A from Frontier Adjusters be, and hereby is, approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board that the Chairman be, and hereby is,
authorized to sign said release.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote on the 14th day of June, A.D. , 1993.

RE : Claim for Weld County Bridge 22/21A
Dear Mr. Blewett:
This letter is to acknowledge our agreement to settle the claim
against the Coal Ridge Ditch Company for damage to Weld County
Bridge 22/21A for the damage which occurred on or about April 20,
1993 . The release will have to be executed by the Board of County
Commissioners and I agree that the check in the amount of $10, 000
tendered to me will not be deposited until the release has been
executed by the Board.
